1. Why choose HapiPetz?

As pet lovers ourselves, we know how important the health, safety and wellbeing of your pet is. HapiPetz promotes responsible pet ownership, while providing you with a range of fun, useful products for your beloved fur babies. And of course, we haven’t forgotten to include pet lovers themselves in our product selection.

We pride ourselves in quick responses to your queries and want you to have a great experience dealing with us. 

2.Are HapiPetz products safe?

HapiPetz takes the safety of your pets very seriously. We source our products from reputable suppliers and have also tested all the products ourselves. This helps ensure that the products are safe for use.

3. How do I know my dog size?

The product description page of each specific product includes a sizing chart that shows you how to measure your pet for that product. Always refer to the sizing chart before placing an order as sizing methods can vary between various manufacturers and products.

4. How do I sign up for details of offers and new products?

The newsletter signup option is provided at the bottom of each page on our website. Upon signing up for the newsletter, we will also provide you with our FREE e-books: Training your Cat and Training your Dog. We then also place your email address onto our mailing list to be kept informed of offers and new products. You have the option to opt out at any stage.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At HapiPetz, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

6. When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.

7. How will I know the delivery is on its way?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation together with a tracking number.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.  It is important to note that the prices quoted do not include any international import duties, taxes or fees. Customers are reminded that they are responsible for the payment of any of these import duties, taxes or fees that may apply for orders that are delivered into thier residing country. Customers will be required to make payment in terms of their specific country’s legislation. 

9. How much do you charge for shipping HapiPetz products?

We offer FREE shipping to all our customers, worldwide.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely. You many cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. We ship quickly, however, so be sure to cancel the order as quickly as possible. 11. What payment methods are accepted?

HapiPetz accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal. You can use your PayPal to make payment via your bank account if you don’t have a credit card.

12. Is your website secure?

Yes.  To ensure security we use Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, ensuring our site is also compliant. This gives us peace of mind knowing that the information you submit through our website is secure.

14. What is your returns policy

HapiPetz is confident that you will love your order, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, please do so within 30 days of purchase. 15. How do I return a product?

Contact admin@hapipetz.com before returning any item so that we can provide you with specific information on how to return your product.

16. My order arrived damaged, who do I contact?

Sometimes orders are damaged during shipment, please contact admin@hapipetz.com and we will provide a solution that fits your needs.

17. Where is HapiPetz Supplies and Accessories located?

HapiPetz operates in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

18. Do you have any advice for training a cat or training a dog?

We are pleased to advise that we have two free e-books on offer: Training your Dog and Training your Cat. The books are easy to read with some great advice on training and what to do in specific situations.
