Can I expect quality products?

We totally understand how daunting it can be when it comes to online shopping for eco-friendly pet supplies. We wholeheartedly believe that customers are to be treated fairly. You can relax and be assured that what you see in our store is what you are going to get (or even better).

We at Hapipetz are fully committed to providing high-quality products. However, in rare circumstances where you are not satisfied with our awesome products, we are more than welcomed to have you contact us 24/7 and we promise you that we will work out the best solutions for you.

Do you warranty these pet supplies?

Instachew products carry a full one (1) year warranty on manufacturing defects. Instachew products must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Level six products must be returned with 14 days of delivery date and must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and have the original receipt. These products must meet the standards stated in the return policy.

Do you allow local pickup?

Yes. If you are local to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, pick up is available. Select ‘Local Pickup’ for your shipping choice and you will be contacted to make arrangements.

What forms of payment does HapiPetz accept?

HapiPetz uses PayPal and Stripe as secure, globally recognized online payment processors. Both allow you to pay with Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards. With a PayPal account, you can connect your bank account for payment. Note: A PayPal account is NOT required to pay with a credit card.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe and all information is handled through their secure platforms. We also use an SSL (https) to provide an encrypted connection between the host server and the end user.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping that is based on location. Enter your address on the cart or checkout page to determine to cost to ship to your location. We currently only sell and ship to Canadian locations*. For more information, visit our Shipping & Handling page.

Shipping across Canada is $11.99. FREE Shipping on orders over $79!

*We do not currently ship to NWT, Nova Scotia and Nunavut.

Can I return products purchased through HapiPetz?

When can I expect delivery of your product?

We have chosen Canada Post to reliably deliver all of our parcels to you.

The number of days it takes to ship an order is counted in business days as Canada Post does not work on weekends or holidays.

We have an 10:00 AM (CST) cut-off time in order for your shipment to be sent that day. Orders received after 10:00 AM (CST) will ship the next business morning. If we are out of stock, which happens infrequently but does happen, we will notify you by email.

We value time as much as you do, and it’s our pledge is to get the product to you as soon as possible. Normally, delivery of items will take about 3-7 business days to reach you.
